Ultima Inc is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product.

No Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including subscription fees, one-time charges, add-ons, renewals, and partial billing periods.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not create a refund for the current or prior billing period.

Chargebacks

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access while the dispute is being resolved.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes become effective when posted on the Platform.
